Services

The only service offered by the Website Provider is mediation between Customers and Carriers. The Provider shall provide only the technical platform for the implementation of distance sale within the meaning of Article 48 from the Consumer Protection Act. The Provider does not own buses and does not execute bus transportation services.

When buying a ticket online from the Website of the Provider,the Customer upon agreement with the following terms and conditions, shall conclude a separate contract for transportation services with the Carrier, with the Provider not being a party to this contract.

When purchasing a ticket online from the Website, the Customer, upon agreeing with the following Terms and Conditions, shall conclude a separate contract for transportation services with the Carrier who bears their obligations as of Articles 42 to 48 of the Transportation Law.

Pricing policy

All prices on www.busexpress.bg are in Bulgarian levs. All ticket prices are final, VAT 20 % included. We try to offer a nice and cheap service, but sometimes we need to charge а booking fee for our service so we can guarantee the existence of the site and its reliable job. In any such case, the booking fee will be shown to the customer prior to the payment.

Please note that оur booking fee is non-refundable.

Charges imposed by the bank or the different payment service providers depend solely on the contractual relationship between the customer and the institutions in question, and there is no technical possibility to be pre-calculated and displayed to the customer – in consequence the Provider shall not be liable for the occurrence of such.

The Website has an interface option to convert currencies in Euro. In this case, the exchange rate from1,95583 BGN for 1 Euro is applied - Article 29 from the Law on the Bulgarian National Bank. The final price in Euro is just a reference. The card, being the account, shall always bear the Bulgarian lev value of the ticket, as the final price in Euro (or other currencies) depends on the exchange rate of the bank.

Personal data

The Provider guarantees the protection of the personal data of the Customer under the Terms of Use on the Website. Electronic transactions with bank cards are executed online via the online payment system or via ePay.bg or via virtual POS terminal guaranteeing their safety. The Provider does not store bank or credit cards numbers or the like.

Customer service

If the Carrier has authorized, it shall be possible for tickets already bought and paid to be cancelled, depending on the time remaining until the trip and on the cancellation terms, and the Client shall have the entire or a part of the amount paid for the ticket reimbursed. The cancellation terms are a part of the contract concluded between the Client and the Carrier, and before the conclusion of the contract for transportation services and the payment of the ticket, these terms shall be provided for confirmation in an appropriate way on the Website.
