Our guiding principles
We take protecting your information very seriously. Your data is therefore processed with great care and in strict compliance with applicable data protection law. Organisational and technical security measures have been taken to protect all of our websites against the risks present in processing personal data. Our partners who support us in the provision of this website must comply with these provisions as well.
What kind of data we gather and why?
Data provided by you
We process the personal data voluntarily provided to us (name, phone number, e-mail address and in some cases) for the contractual processing of ticket orders, for carrying out the transport and on request for opening a customer account. We need this data to create a valid booking and get it confirmed successfull by the coach carrier, to send you the travel documents and confirmation or to contact you in case of a change of your travel. Only the data required to carry out the bus trip is passed to the responsible coach carriers.
In case of booking and starting a payment transaction, to avoid abuse we'll save your IP address and provide it to the appropriate payment provider. To complete the transaction the payment provider may ask you for some additiona data - we don't have access to this date and it is not under this policy. We don't have access to your credit card number, we don't know it in neither moment of the booking or payment and we'll never ask you such a question. Currently we are working with the following payment providers, but this may change in the feature:
- The payment methods credit card and еPay.bg are handled by the "Epay" AD, 16 Ivan Vazov str, fl. 5, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria settled. More information about the privacy policy of "Epay" AD can be found at https://www.epay.bg/v3main/front?p=sec&lang=en

Automatically collected data
